By accessing or using the website at travelcompanygo.com (the "Site"), calling our phone number, or using any services offered by TRAVEL COMPANY LLC d/b/a Company Go ("Company Go," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Company Go provides residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to: emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, pipe repair and replacement, leak detection, bathroom plumbing, sewer line services, and water softener installation.
Services are performed by licensed plumbing professionals. We operate nationwide and coordinate with local licensed plumbing contractors where applicable to fulfill service requests.
Free Estimates: We offer free in-home estimates. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties agree in writing to the proposed scope and price of work.
Quote Validity: Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may change after this period due to changes in material costs, labor, or scope of work.
Scope Changes: If the scope of work changes after the original quote is issued — due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the job — we will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options where available.
Financing: 0% financing and other financing options are subject to credit approval and the terms of third-party financing providers. Financing offers are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time.
We will make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled service windows. However, arrival times may vary due to emergency calls, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a trip charge at our discretion.
You agree to provide our technicians with safe, reasonable access to your property and to the areas requiring service. You represent that you are the owner of the property or have the legal authority to authorize plumbing work on the property. If you are a tenant, you represent that you have obtained any necessary landlord permissions.
We stand behind our work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in labor for a period specified in your written service agreement. Parts and materials are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or conditions beyond our control (including acts of nature or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work).
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of TRAVEL COMPANY LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our express written permission.
The Company Go name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, and slogans are trademarks of TRAVEL COMPANY LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes of plumbing services beyond what is stated in your written service agreement.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAVEL COMPANY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRAVEL COMPANY LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRAVEL COMPANY LLC regarding your use of the Site and our services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
